Mindfulness for Stress Workshop

If you are new to mindfulness or need a refresher course this workshop will equip you to integrate mindfulness as a tool to address stress in everyday life and relationships.

Numerous reputable scientific studies, including several conducted by Harvard Medical School (see below) have shown that regular mindfulness meditation can reduce the stress and anxiety in your life as well as other emotional and physical problems.

Many people have reported how mindfulness has given them a tool to address stress and anxiety and improve the quality of their daily lives.
