“Cooking and Eating with the Art of Intention” Workshop
Begins with a personal anecdote from the instructor, Stephanie Segretto (M.ED, AADP, IHC, Pn1). The class will then cook a meal together keeping the intentions of “love, hope, and charity.” The meal is served and eaten in silence, enabling the community around the table to truly savor the food while also writing down adjectives that come to mind. After the meal, the experience is discussed and shared.
We will also review the Principles of Mindful Eating from The Center for Mindful Eating.
